the mrs iphone was playing up dropping calls and playing up in general, booked a genius appointment at the apple store reading where we explained the problems and they changed it for a brand new phone no problem at all. Oh the appointment didn't cost anything either you can just book it for advice etc etc.

yeah i'll second that i've been into the apple store for laptop training they are good at what they do!
