I bought a C905 from ebay yesterday and received it today. Everything works on the phone except the wifi. I have tried searching and it keeps searching but does not find anything. I have tried a master reset but still no luck.
I have noticed that the wifi mac address is 00:00:00:00. This is usually different numbers but i cant change it.
I have read of a number of different forums some people say that reflashing the phone makes the wifi mac address come back but i am unable to do this because i think i am using windows 7 and cannot connect the phone to the pc. I have tried installing the usb drivers but no luck so i cant either connect it to the computer.

If anyone knows about this problem and has a solution could you please let me know. Thanks

cant help you with the phone m8, but have you tried installing vista drivers for your c905. ive had to install many vista drivers to run hardware on my w7 laptop.

i just tried vista driver but had no luck. I guess i will just have to sell it like this now.
