Default Change Sky Router?

Does anyone know if i can somehow change my current Sky Router to a better one? Understand that I need to change settings but not entirely sure. Didn't realise until I got a wireless HP printer (which won't connect to Sky router) how poor it actually is!

You should be able to, you would need your ADSL login/password and possibly the protocol as well. You may be able to login to your existing router to get those details or they may be available from your Sky Broadband page (if there is one).

Just a thought, is your current Router wireless N or B/G? If it's N, it could be set to the wrong frequency band for the printer. I suspect the printer would be 2.4Ghz, most N devices are 5Ghz by default

unless something has changed very recently sky do not want you to use any other router other than theres for support reasons. The login id is hidden away and not accessable to the masses. That's why you do not need to enter any information into your router when you get it, it's all pre programmed in. You will have to google sky router unlocker and then you have to enter your mac id and box serial number it then gives you your log on and password. It will give you a 12digitcode@skydsl then the password is 10 digits.
