As the title .. anyone got ab7 recption reports ... location .. dish size .. time of day .. receiver etc,,

we have it down to about 90cm for most. Tps. Up to the north east

200 services scanned on a 1m funk, 501 services scanned on a 1.25m ground mounts in south wakefield, west yorkshire, on dreambox 800hd original.

Im getting some good results 400 od channels on 1.2 meter cm
ive been watchin al jazeera hd on this bird theres few good movies channels on there to

536 services found with a Triax TD110 on a DM800 HD, east midlands.

Using Lyngsat transponder list.

Would Usals do a better job or even improve it for that matter

What am saying is that say you download the Hannibal settings for the DM 800 and then see if all channels work.

Because I have noticed that driving the motor manually and if your slightly off then you wont pick all the channels via a scan.

You can use either diseqc 1.2 or usals ..... in usals you can set it to 7.1w 7.2 7.3 6.9 to see if it helps with local conditions like local noise

Btw panorama action is advertising some very new movies from tomorrow ... 1st day of feast and 2nd 3rd 4th

I can't obtain 7w mate, as I have the roof of the house in the way blocking the dish from getting that satellite. I can get from 5W, 0.8W, 4.8E, 7E, 9E, 13E, 19E, 23E 26E 28.2E without any problems. Rest of them can't get them.

I personally use USALS with my DM800 as i feel it is the best & easiest rather then using Diseq

Dont you think watchin panorama action on 7w is like watching a bad copy lol

No. It is not bad here and the bit rate is not mega low .. it handles high speed picture changes quite well for sd .... but it is not hd....

I think Email@ tv is low

Are you getting ab7 dvbs tps 27 7 glitch free now ... we got it on 88s in stoke

Going to be looking for digital artifacts now ...aaahh
