STB is restarting

i have layer 3 switch. all streamers are conected to the layer 3 switch. meanwhile layer 2 switch conected to the layer 3, and STB is conected to the layer 2 switch. all switches are netgears. when out put coming to the tv specific time that is restarting. when i check the switch configuration i cant fined any error, but when i enable igmp snooping they have group membership interval when i increas that interval time we can watch tv without restarting that time. i need to watch it continuesly. without restarting. please help me. im strugalin here.
