Unlimited dongle - how to?

Hey I found this thread from a while back:

And the reason that Im wanting a hacked USB dongle for free (unlimited) internet is because "acquiring" files on the university network can result in a ban from the internet

I don't think IT really give a damn about non university networks because then it's no longer their responsibility.

At the moment what Im doing for DVD's is buying them on eBay, ripping them and selling them back on (apart from when they're like £1.25 and you'd get more money from cash converters)

I don't intend to **** the networks over; just maybe 2/3 DVD's a month or so (when I have some spare time available and don't have any revision )

I realise that by unlocking a device, it only allows me to use other provider's sim cards but I was just wondering if it would then be possible to go over the set bandwidth limit. I don't intend to r**e the servers btw.

The cheaper the better really. Poor student here
