I see I have tried commando and Andromeda and they both seem to only record transponders with active channels on them.
Any ideas where I would get an enigma image from ? SS-Enigma is complicated to use, so a different one would be nice, dont know the password for the ftp on that image so cant see the file to see if its found anything or not. |

SS_Enigma is no different from other Enigma images. The FTP password is the same as the standard Neutrino IIRC.

I just put ss enigma back on my dbox2 now and have realised the above post was incorrect, when I try to ftp to the box I get the message "connection refused".
There is no where I can see in the menu of the image or through the web inferface for anything related to the ftp server, does this image have one ? |

That sounds like you've not setup the correct IP address in the image.

What FTP program are you using, are you trying to login to the root directory or another folder?

I'm using WinSCP (I am using it in FTP mode for connecting to the dbox) and I dont get as far as to choose a folder the connection gets rejected before then.

I use FlashFXP, I've just put SS Enigma back on and it connects with exactly the same settings as most Neutrino images.
I can configure FlashFXP to go for a specified remote directory by default, that could be a problem if the directory doesn't exist. All I can suggest now is that you try a different FTP client.
