please help rom 10 rev A16

hi all,
im trying to read a rom 10 card with a rev A16. i am using nagra edit 4.1 when i try to read the card i get the following message can anyone help it just comes up with reading rom 10 failed cheers for reading

not sure mate im still learning myself, maybe it needs unlooping??
