the instructions you get with the box are ***** m8,you need to do a power scan.Go into installation press yellow for "powerscan" change the mode from normal to full then press ok.takes about 30 mins to scan but you should then have all channels.
ps make sure your cable feed is connected to the rf in. |

Thanks for the reply ronster...
I think the problem is with my remote... Ive just spoke to the person i bought it of (ebay dealer) an they are happy with me sending the remote back an getting a new one sent out asap. So hopefully that is the only problem... I read a thread on here somewhere earlier that there has been alot of problems with remotes for the eurovox... Is this a continuous thing?? Im beginning to think getting this was a bad idea

never had no probs with my remotes in 15 months m8,look at your remote through a camera phone and the sensor should light up when you press a button, the remotes probably ok and your box has probably took a few bangs in transit

Yeh its brand new...
I dont understand it though, the box is working on its own. An the remote is working, but they aint connecting together... I get to the bit where it says to click exit, then set it all up but the remote wont let me press exit. Is this definatly the box? Ive spoken to my supplier an he said its a faulty remote an is sending a new one out today... |
