I have my Windows 7 PC linked up to a 19" Foehn & Hirsch monitor/TV from Ebuyer. The graphics card is an Nvidia Geforce FX5200 with the latest drivers. The DVI-I output of the card is connected via a converter cable to the HDMI input of the TV, which is working at its native resolution.
Normally the display looks nice and sharp, but most days all of a sudden, without me moving anything or switching anything on/off, some ghosting appears on the screen and it looks awful. I've tried switching the TV off and on, but that doesn't change anything. The problem is only resolved by unplugging the HDMI cable and reinserting it. Dodgy connections, you might think, but just waggling the connector around doesn't reproduce the problem. |

Try take the RAMs out and clean the RAM slot and the RAM gold lead pins with a rubber gently. Hope this helps! Bill |
