Just bought a a780 pre flashed box that had terrible glitching so decided to re-update box with april firmware when I turned box back on there was no picture on the screen just writing saying no signal, the box wouldnt even turn on and off on the front on/off switch any help please.

For those that choose not to pay appropriate subscriptions to Virgin Media, there is an expectation that this is rewarded by various difficulties along the way in receiving a reliable, working service.

well u will probably have to reflash box again if u have downloader tool flash with jan 2011 or apr 2011 then if its good to go let it update to latest nov 2011, tbh it dont matter what s/w is on it there are current probs with chanells missing and glitching, that we hope will be shorted out asap.

follow instructions for 780 Easy guide for updating the KV A780 and A750(with pics!)
