hi...guys

i have my kv box and i'm doing an automatic scan, but its not picking up any channels.

ive selected automatic
ex-cw

is this right? i am in birmingham...

Has your feed been cut? have you got a working line??

if you havent you wont get any channels

also dont select EX-CW select NETWORK. and then do a scan make sure you have the internet connected.

i think to change the net id? how do i select town...
i have latest firmware it seems...
bham is an ex tw area i think ? and i search 'network' as option

i do have active internet feed with vermin

Hey mate NetID's are

NetId - 41015 (a037) - Birmingham TDN
NetId - 41011 (a033) - Birmingham 750

Taken from - Area net id required!

Make sure you have selected the right NetID..

Once you have selected the correct Netid it should auto search for the channels..
