eurovox max showing lock....what does that mean.

hi,
ive got a eurovox max box, its been working fine for a while, i decided to do a rescan and now it says service unknown and ive noticed the green light showing lock, anyone had this problem b4.....

this sometimes happens for no reason but I think it happens because the user has not cleared data ( deleted channels ) before scanning even when new the box can have asian satellite channels in it , if your is locked up then remove the top power on 9 becarefull of live power supply and press a small square reset button on the front middle/right side of main board ,it should jump into life ,then you can clear data/factory reset ,choose your providor and do a full rescan

i tried restoring to default and it seems like its worked...
