Default Euromax Blue Memory Failed

I've got a blue box.

I donwloaded both Voxer and DnUpMnan from Gmail account but both cause a "Memory Failed" message to appear on the TV screen when I try to upload my channel information to a file on the PC.

I want to re-organise the channels on my PC and download it again.

Both programs happily find the Eurovox on Com1.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Default Re: Euromax Blue Memory Failed

Sorry dudes - I just found another thread on this forum with the same problem listed.

http://www.techwatch.co.uk/dbox2-eur...nnel-list.html

Unfortunately the poster got it to work eventually but with no known reason. So I'm still stuck.

All suggestions appreciated

p.s. I just noticed a "Send Trackbacks" facility. I don't know how it works but I'm going to put the url for the above thread in there and see what happens.

Thumbs up Re: Euromax Blue Memory Failed

Solved !!

Just powered the box off and on again.

Not sure if it makes a difference but for the record, my PC was on and connected to the box while powering off and on.

Tremendous.
