vbox prob

Hi any one to help, got new vbox as replacement for old box,not v+ just vbox,when i connect up and use my kv in another room as i have been doing a while now my vbox freezes,kv plays fine,and if i switch kv off vbox fine,both worked together before, no probs.

hi bud ,, im guessing here not my field,, but it sounds like a cableing issue which i would undo the cables check them maybe even swap the boxes around see if you still have the problems ,, but you may have a loose connection in the cable or maybe getting a little feedback somewhere try swapping the boxes arround first to see if it still happens

Its defo a cable problem mate i take you have the boardband as well connected from VM

Ive tryed this for the HD channels i was getting from VM and the v-box didnt work on hd when i had the KV connected

its all down to the signal your getting i was getting 70% with the modem and the KV connected then when i connected the V-Box with a 3way splitter the signal went down to 35% which is sh*te

ta 50lbs,b/band connected with tt and i'm using a TWO way splitter,they are the only differences so i will try a look at cables etc, by the way did you resolve your problem.

I did not mate i could not have both box's connected to the same feed i tryed 3 diff splitters and it did nothing.. i even tryed to get VM to boost the signal but there said its your cables and sent a bloke out and it still didnt work. lol

Hi again 50lbs,well swapped all cables and boxes,did exact same as you, boxes will not work at same time,thanks for trying to help.
