Problems sending e-mails

Getting this message when trying to send e-mails...


The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was blah blah blah. Subject 'Re: Solar panels', Account: 'pop.o2.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.o2.co.uk', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 RCPT TO:<blah blah blah> Relaying not allowed - please use SMTP AUTH', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79


I set this account up myself even though I aint greatest when it comes to pc stuff (so it is highly possible I have set it up wrong) I was a bit unsure what to put in when I got to the pops box and the smtp box (what should I put in them boxes)...... I can recieve e-mails, and it lets me send some..... but most of the time I get the above message.......

I am using outlook express...

Can anyone give me a idiots guide how to set this up??

it might be something like giving authorisation

if you click on your account properties/servers/and tick the box My server requires authentication/settings/fill in the box that opens and check if that was the problem
