Default need new hardware - nit of a nub :P

My pc is really starting to do my head in so i decided to get some new parts but my only problem is im worried what i buy wont be compatable with the other parts.

I plan to get an AMD athlon 64 X2 5600 CPU, 2gb OCZ gold series RAM, 320mb Foxconn 8800 gts GPU and a creative x-fi xtreme sound card. I am not sure which motherboard to get or how much to spend, i was thinking around £50 so if anyone can suggest one that will work with all this stuff it would be helpful Also i am not sure if my current PSU will work with all of this, im not sure what voltage it is either.
