I went to do the s/w update but after it had been "searching new update" for 15 minutes I aborted and did a factory reset and a fresh scan instead. Wow! 40+ or so new net ids found, and it's now working, cheers fella

At the moment it don't matter what firmware is installed,if one is down they are all down.

if you hit the software update option and nothing happens, then just exit from the menu and try it again and all should be good
