Default Flashed tm500 with the wrong image

I must have had flashed the tm500 with the wrong image, because now my box thinks it is tm600. The remote doesn't work any more. Is there a way of flashing it again with the right software? Also, could the password be changed while flashing? I can't log in to the box through the loader.
