hi my starview 7 stopped working last night as i was watching it
i then done a factory defualt and searched channels again done the usual to enable it, it still said not connected i then went into box info and the date wasnt there i paid for the 6 months sub, a couple of months ago and the date on the box was April 2012 but yesterday there was no date there can anyone help |

ive had the box for ages and im not in touch with that guy no more, so no way of getting hold of him
its weird that the expiry date has gone missing from the box information could i need to install the software again? |

Missing date means that you don't have an Internet connection to the box. You need to check your cables and connections and try rebooting Modem/Router and box. You can also try a factory reset on the box.

internet all seems to be working fine
ive tried at different house and the ethernet cable runs the internet when i plug it into the laptop just the box not working could i have been taken off the system? |

i spoke to mystarview (no help at all)
and got told my box is not on the system at all weird, as it was working till last night with a expiry date of April 2012 but my box has no expiry date at all now? and ip adddress is 0.0.0.0 would that have anything to do with the sub? |
