i scanned for channels and hen all my channels have gone except bbc itv channel 5 and 4. my skysports and movie channels have gone. ive tried to scan

Hi go into menu scroll across find clear data you will get a warning you are about to erase everthing press ok but be warned you will lose all your saved channels . now exit go to install and select power scan make sure you select full not normal once done you will have to sort your channels again hope it works .
