hi peeps.

bought a kryptview box 780 and null cable but carnt get the download to work.

i click onto the green download box on the downloader and select the bin file, then click on start but its says

carnt open serial portcom1
please check if the com port has the following parameters.
baudrate :115200bps
parity : no parity
databyte :8 bit/data
stop bit :1

now i dont have a clue what this all means but when i download the bin file windows says it carnt open it?

any help would be very much appreciated.

You need to go into device manager its normally click on start then computer >system properties > device manager then in the drop down list click on Ports Com & lpt then com1 and go into properties and edit in your stuff.

Hi, I'm in walsall just around brum. Done that but com one ent on there just, 10, 6, 7, and 9.

Well i'm a mile from city centre let us know if you have no success by 2 moro if you pop it round i'll sort it for ya if you know someone with a KV you can flash yours off there's
