Default Which DVI cable to buy!

Little annoyed at the moment.

I've got a DM800se and it only seems to work with the DVI HDMI cable supplied.

Ive tried 3 different DVI-D HDMI cables on eBay and none seem to work.

Code:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280759122136?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

What should i be looking for? Ive also tried DVI to HDMI adapters

This is the recent one ive purchased and just installed it and my TV doesnt detect the box, but asoon as i use the DVI HDMI cable supplied it works..

Its a Samsung 51" 3D Tv

My AV shelf is 3meters from my TV because its on the wall and 1.5meter cable supplied obviously isnt big enough.

Thanks

Is it maybe that your cables that dont work are not dual link cables, so only work in one direction, the wrong direction for your connection needs, Im just guessing..

Does the cable that works have 4 pins all on their own on one side within the DVI plug, where as the cables you bought dont?

I've checked both DVI ends and they both have the same amount of Pins in the same location.

Really strange.
