Hi Folks,

I received my new KV A780, and used the connections on my Virgin Cable Box, to the KV A780, as per STARVIEW.
The only channels that I am receiving are Terrestrial.
I have selected the ID Network, and in Factory Settings it defaulted at NTL, which I changed to Telewest, but still only receiving Terrestrial.

I would be grateful if any member from the Forum can help me?

Has it already been flashed ? have a look in the menu what firmware is on it ?

after you selected your net id did you press the green button to do a full network scan ?

Make sure you have connected your Ethernet cable as well

Check your NetID (check stickys)

The go to scan under "NETWORK"
