PS3 3D Games Question

Are there two versions of each compatible game = 3D and non-3D?

The reason I ask is because I want to buy Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 but I want to play them in 3D, does every copy of a 3D-capable game have the 3D option?

just one version of the game, your tv and ps3 sorts out the 3d bit
