from what am reading it does work on the cable side. However Clines and so on are not allowed to be sent via PM etc etc. This is something you will need to google.

features suggest this:-
Features

  • DVB-S2 tuner plus option of DVB-T or DVB-C
  • Full 1080p HD
  • 1 smart card reader and 1 common interface
  • 1 USB host port for digital video recorder function, MP3 playback & JPEG photos
  • Software transfer via external USB device
  • Simultaniously recording of 2 channels while watching 1 channel
  • Media file playback of XVID, MKV and others supported
  • Ethernet port for online access
  • Standby power consumption less than 1W
So I assume when you bought you had a choice of which 2nd tuner you wanted? And I would have guessed that you have chosen DVB C instead of a DVB T

Correct?

I have the Sat & Cable versions. It does work on the cable side if you can find a C Line for cable.
