Looking for some advice in tuning in A790box correctly.

I've tried tuning it in several times over a few weeks but never seem to get all the channels. Sometimes I'll get SkySports 1,2,3 but not 4 same with movies. Retuned last night now no Sports 1 or 3. I've carried out numerous factory resets & SW updates all with similar results

I'm in london SW16 virgin media area 03, I'm currently tuning box into telewest(Croydon). I've tried tuning into the other 3options other than telewest but either get no channels or standard freeview channels.

Any advice on how to tune in box correctly, would be appreciated.

unless ur not using correct netid it may be u have a poor signal.

wrong net i.d I would say, have you not got a subbed box to check ur net i.d?

I think it prob is net id, as Vmed have checked signal stregnth and its ok.

how would i find my net id out?

Area net id required!

Checked the net ID on Vm box, and when selecting net id on Krypt the net ID from VM box comes up as Croydon which is what I had it.
Just carried out another factory reset & SW update, retuned and still same.
Any other ideas suggestions

Scan from a direct feed from wallsocket (without splitter.)

Sound like it could be a faulty splitter,that's why all TPs are not being pick-up.

Is the box a KV 790 or 780 just curious

Box Is A790.

Vmedia checked the signal this week from back of Tivo box. I think they checked it with the splitter in place but not sure.

I'll try splitter option over weekend, hopefully that sorts it
