Default bit torrent

hi, having problems with my download speed with bit torrent. i'm only getting 50 kb/s download speed at the very most. i done a speedtest and i am getting around 20 mb/s. pulling my hair out here its so frustrating.

anyone got any ideas of how to fix this.

Hi are you with virgin media they traffic manager your connection with torrents downloads .

If you are with VM download after 9ish or try other non peak times, if you are doing it at 5pm for instance they will cap you.
I use nzb and get the same.
