Changes being considered - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

I'm currently playing with the idea of turning TechWatch around from being just a forum, to being a general portal with forums, news, and tech blog, all focused on digitial entertainment technologies (cable/satellite/IPTV etc).

So basically techwatch.co.uk as a domain will show a page with latest news, blog posts, forum postings, etc, and allow people to navigate into the areas they find most useful.

I'll probably have to make a couple of changes on the forums themselves - such as split up the cable section into separate Eurovox, Dbox2, and FT101 boards.

Overall, though, everything should seem pretty similar on the forums themselves, aside from a design makeover.

Also - I've just changed the usergroups to remove the old TT usergroups - all Supermoderators are now Supermoderators instead of TT-Supermoderators. Any problems logging in, let me know.

Definitely a good idea to split the cable section up - there are many posts from users that don't state the type of box they have.
