I can find channels on telewest but nothing on NTL. Telewest has hardly any channels. My ntl feed might have been turned off?

your probably on the wrong net id, check on the list List of Net Id's for Cable TV
Go into set up in the menu when you have found what your on enter correct one and do a network search then it should do a transponder search, you should get about 54 if your on the correct net id, then press ok to do a channel search.
