Bad Baf Mood

As I left the house today I noticed an open reach van outside, thought to myself, hope they dont knaker my internet. Gues what when I got home, NO INTERNET....... Called sky, got passes to tier 2 and was told they would call back in 3 mineuts after conducting tests, ten mineuts latter no call, then a call from a friend on mobile saying whats up with your phone, been calling all day and got no reply. I tryed and guess waht my phone is not ringing. Called sky back and turnes out my phone number is not my phone number? some one has changed it ???? Now in the hands of BT god help us. Good job I have a mobile dongle.

Everything is back on now.

O2 were the cause. My daughter is due to have her own line installed and although she told them several times and they even sent an engineer out who couldn't fit the line because he wasn't allowed to walk on flat roof's they still decided we wanted our line taken over by them and not to fit a separate line. When the wife called O2 there first response was OK I will keep an eye out for work on your line. After a few choice words from her he was jumping through hoops
