Switching channels (on demand ????)

have posted this before, please forgive this but ?????

this is getting worse, it seems whenever I change/switch channels

it always goes back to 101 (virgin on demand preview)

it looks like the only way I can change channels without going back to virgin on demand channel

is to go through the favourites menu, select which ever favourite group I want eg. films, sport
then scroll through for the channel I want

any one else suffer with this

anyone know how to get around this with out going all over the house

This happend to me when on the EPG press the arrow key left before you click "OK" button to view the channel mate! normaly works.
