So how can i program the dreambox to watch scrambled some scrambled channels without the need a server or any elligal subscriptions?

What about FTA receivers with card reader? will that help me to achieve this?

The only legal way to watch scrambled channels is to pay a subscription to the legitimate supplier of them. I.e fta channels are not scrambled, so watch them for free. Scrambled channels, either pay a proper subscription, or obtain them illegally. We won't provide help with the illegal route, you'll have to figure that out for yourself. Programming of box to enable viewing scrambled channels, is of course illegal.

There is usually plenty of help available however to get a proper subscription card working in a Dreambox for example, as that is not illegal
