Can someone help me to identify a radio station from Sri lanka on the FTA satterlite?

This is my first post in here.
I am unable to understand the announcer informing the details while listening on the broadband. I tried to comprehend on many occasion without success.

The Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation [SLBC] started its radio broadcast on the satellite since 2009 to cover the Europe.

Does anybody have any idea as to what should I tell the individual I am to call to fit me a satellite dish to access FTA that could include the SLBC radio station.

from another site.........From New Year January 2011, if you listen to Sri Lankan Radio on the internet, you could hear them announceing that the SLBC radio programs can now be listened to in Europe through sattelite broadcasting. I could hear them[announcer] announceing the word "Eurobird" and the word "frequency 11919". The announcer's voice is rather muffled in their prununciation and I could not catch their words properly.
Does any body know more details? dont no if that helps

I would wish to know What should I say to a technician when come to fit my dish. If it is fixed for the above will I still be able to watch other English Free To Air Channels available?

there is Dan-Yaarl-Oli on eurobird 9 if thats any good to you
