Hi, I've had a KV A780 for a few weeks now, and a Eurovox before that.

New to the 780 though so when I switched it on last night (I don't leave it on all the time) it showed 'ON' briefly on the box before reverting to --:-- (unprogrammed time) and 'seems' to switch itself off or be non-responsive. What's going on? Do I need to flash it again? Are the servers down and this is what you get?

Please help.

Oh, it briefly says "!Power Search Mode" on the tv before the box switches itself off again.

u may have to go to menu and installiation menu and rescan, what did u flash it with?

I couldn't get to the menu, it kept turning itself off.

Sorted it now, flashed it again via the pc and then updated SW when plugged back in. Seems to be working fine again now. Weird though.

It was flashed with 24042011.bin.

must have been just a bad flash in the first place.

Strange, it had been working ok for two weeks previously.

Flicking through, I don't seem to have ITV3 but do have ITV3+1. Oh, it seems a lot of the channels show 'Scrambled or no video' even though the box scanned the channel. All the movies seem to be there though, and the sports. EDIT: Looks as though that's a problem for everyone at the moment. Oh well.
