azbox black screen intermitent problem - Enigma2

intermitent black screen on channels - audio fine

I just installed RTI Core 2 1.6 on my box, and for some reason the screen goes black every so often on the fox like for a second or two and then goes back to normal. I've tried a RSI Image too and also reflashed box twice. It has two tuners, DVB-S and its a premium+ hd box. Also is constant so audio is fine(initially I thought maybe CCcam problems). the internet is on LAN(cable)

Also all epg, etc also doesn't show :-/. So i guess no video coming from the box

for future referrence for anyone else,

steps I followed to fix my issue, telnet into box, check what processes are running (ps aux). nothing odd running, then checked process info (top) and saw scard module fluctuating between 30 and 90%. Removed the odd sky (freeview) card I had and everything is fine now, so guess a card inserted when not configured can cause this issue.

Will report further
