Default Formatting computer error

Trying to format a friends computer, when booting from the disc half way through it comes up:

Windows - no disk
Exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 475b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

Any ideas how to get it working?

Are you trying to use the disc whilst logged into the operating system or by using the BIOS?

found this on a tech forum from 2010 but its the same error

Re: Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf
check this out...this is the easy way to solve that problem...just run "regedit" the follow this

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Windows]

then find the name ErrorMode and change its value data by doing right click on the errormode itself and change value date from 0 to 2...

it really works....

dunno if it does but worth a try

try cleaning the disk, by running it under cold water, then gently drying, otherwise try using your DVD writer, or a different DVD writer.

It might be the disk has some problems. Try to insert a new OS cd and try again.
