VM are in the process of changing TPs for some channels in some areas if not all, best to do a rescan.

Sorry for asking this but I am new to KV (Jan '12). Will a Powerscan be enough and therefore will it happen automatically? If not, how does one rescan? When I go into MENU, I can't see anything with the words "Factory Reset" and I have no idea what to do next

If your channels are OK, then no need to do anything

Menu - installation - Factory reset, then re-scan if needed

Very grateful for that I hadn't pressed the INSTALLATION tab and was looking for FACTORY RESET in my Menu

They are having to move stuff around in some areas to allow for the expanded bandwidth required by the faster multi-channel bonded modems. Seems like they want to try to clear a whole 100Mhz segment just for modem use.

ESPN is free this weekend, freeview ch 34.

ESPN's Free Weekend, begins at 6am on Friday February 3 and will make ESPN and ESPN HD available to all Sky, TopUp TV and BT Vision, the channel will be available for free to the 10 million UK households who have the subscription-free digital TV service Freeview.

But hopefully the channels will be back on.

You probably have the wrong netID or too weak a signal.
