Default multi focus or motorised

Good afternoon. I am looking to upgrade my system to receive more sats. I initially only wanted 13e, 19.2e and 28.2e. Hoping to pick up some rugby union.
as always i've gotten greedy and want to recieve more but dont want to go bigger than about 80 cm.
So, question is. Wave frontier t55, multi focus such as the maximum e85 or motorise?
I really don't know what there is to watch on the sats that a motorised system would bring into play so would like to know what i could receive with with either the t55 or e85?
could i go as far as thor? Or maybe even 5w with 28.2e as well?
I live in the south east with a clear line of sight with a south east facing garden.
Any thoughts?
thanks all.

I would go for motorised M8, you are not limited to the fixed LNB's. Look at the Triax TD88 dish.

I would prefer to go motorised as well but I'm afraid it'll cost me a fortune. It wouldn't be a simple install as It would have to go on the roof, over guttering, etc.
I'm just not sure what to do at the moment.

Check dishpointer.com, to see where you can site your dish. Also can you upload some photos of where you are considering placing it.

Usually isn't too difficult to pole mount to look back over a roof. May be an idea to ask a local installer if they will do a site survey.

If i did go motorised what dish would you recommend? I don't want to go bigger than 80 cm so was thinking of the triax td78 or the fracarro penta 85. Really like the shape of the penta and comes in red as well to blend in with my tiles.
Any other recommendations re dishes?

The Penta 85cm has some good reviews and comes in a variety of colours, but you can always paint a dish, to blend in, the TD 88cm is alos recommended by a few members.

Thx for advice. I'm actually looking at the td 78. When i said i didn't want bigger than 80 cm i meant the dimensions of the dish. Is it right that the td78 is only 57cn high and 78cm wide? That's not much bigger than a sky zone 1 is it?

If possible then go for the Penta 85cm, it looks good and performs well on some of the weaker satellites.

I have a penta 85, and its a sound dish, though i seldom use it now as ive got lazy and use my blade receiver on my sky dish. I connect the penta to the blade when checking out 19e and hotbird but thats rarely.
