missing channels open pli

just got my dm500s, got it up and running, but im missing channels (about 50) mainly bbc, itv, c4, and a few others like film 4, pick tv, history , bbc news 24, clubland tv , and theres a few others too. most are on 22000 transponder but theres some on the 27500 transponder witch other channels are on witch work fine. my SNR is around 94% my AGC is around 96% and my BER is 0. these figures are for all channels working or not (give or take 1 or 2%) for some diffrent channels. any1 know how i can get them on?

As I mentioned on your other thread, I think you have a signal problem with the lower frequencies.

Looking at some of the channels, you mention PickTV but not Sky2, they are on the same transponder, does Sky2 work? What about Sky1 Ireland and Sky Atlantic Ireland?

You mentioned in a PM that ITV Yorkshire East doesn't work, that is on a higher frequency, just above Sky Sports2, does that work?

It would be better if you could test the receiver direct to a dish rather than through a communal system. I have come across quite a few systems where the signals are not balanced well.

sky 1 works but sky 2 does not work. Sky1 Ireland and Sky Atlantic Ireland do not work. sky sports 1,2,3,4 all work. if its a signal problem would a signal booster work?? i cant test box anywhere else atm as moved to new area and i dont know any1 round here with a dish atm
edit- itv Yorkshire east does work, thought you asked if itv Yorkshire worked witch does not.

after a flick through most channels i cant get a picture from freq 11700 ish and under.
how would i go about fixing this problem

if i tried different images would i have to reload all the channel lists etc??

ok so i tried putting a different bouquet on today d/l from a different site dated 4.1.12 all went well but still didn't make a difference. so ive decided to try different images, ive d/l the darkstar 11 enigma1 image along with dreamup. but dreamup gets stuck where it says connection established power on dreambox, when i power on db nothing happens??

11.700 would be the transition from low band to high band indicating a signal problem.

Have you got Dreamup configured to use the Network? If Yes, then you need to ensure all the IP's are in the correct range. By "Power-up" it means insert the mains power, not just come out of standby.

ive been trying for ages, think its the serial to usb converter, seems lots of peeps has problems with it, gunna try find pc with serial port

ive got darkstar installed via flash wizard pro, woop woop lol, i done a transponder scan picked up SOME channels, installed cccam 2.2.1 and put in my config and got channels on that it scanned (including bbc, itv, c4 and others that didn't work with open pli) the problem i have now is when i put bouquet on via dreambox edit it goes on ok but EVERY channel says service not avalible?? on epg it says 19.2e but when i load bouquet it says 28.8e.
any advice to get my box finally running smoothly
