Exclamation starview picture pause+out of sinc

Hi this is my 2nd post, my Girlfriends Starview box goes out of sinc and also pause's when she uses the internet. Do I need to use a Y splitter from the main lline in ? or has any1 got any idea's.
Its obvious the signal is getting pulled to the computer and the TV at the same time but is there any way round it ? except only useing 1 at a time ?

Last time i saw that the starview box needed firmware updating to 260 but also common issue with clone starview boxes and these die if upgraded to 260
Easy way to tell is when looking at remote bottom half you have square indent in plastic if this is same round power&mute buttons you have a clone starview
