anyone know how to program these cards i've got a usb unlimited but it's not working on this card? its always funcards i've used, this is a friends card,cheers.

I use an elvis programmer - there is an option for ATMega cards, don't you have an option with your programmer?

In the elvis software there are options to program Pic cards, fun cards, ATMega, Titanium cards amongst others.

when i insert the card it auto detects the card as a atmega 163 and it won't give me any other options in the card type box. i can turn off auto detect and pick say a funcard 2 but it gives me an error when i try and erase the card?this is what it says on the card= atmega open platform.

put the card in and autodetect it it should come up funcardAtmega 163 press select this card and return this takes you back to the infinity programmer,or click the wee arrow above alias and pick funcardAtmega 163,then you can erase and rewrite the card hope it helps.

can you use fun files with atmega cards?
if not on the big maq toolbar look at updates and fixes, card fixes 24th may theres a atmega file there for you to use

Hi Guys,

I have just bought an infinity USB programmer and am trying to use NegraEdit to read/write to the card. When I reset the card using Negra Edit I get the following messages:
Opening of COM1 was successful
Reset failed
Error reseting card, ATR string invalid
Closing of COM1 was successful

The card is an ATMega163+24C256

Anyone know know of why the error message is comming up? or how to get round it?

I am new to this so any help would be appreciated.
