eurovox max firmware upgrade

Hi all,just recently joined this forum.im wondering if any of you experts can help me with updating my eurovox max blue box to the latest firmware,where can i get all the software from?the only problems im having with my box is that the channels are messed up.thanx for your help

everything should be in the gmail above ,think you bought a remote from me recently so emal me if you need help

you can arrange the channels alphabetically ie: a-z
go to menu.
channel manager.
sort.
name.
exit.
job done
