satellite receivers

Newbie to this site so be gentle.

I am looking to purchase a satellite receiver and, like a great many people, I am confused by the choice of tech out there.

Can anyone recommend a HD Satellite receiver and advise if it is possible, and how easy is it, to access pay to view channels.

Something like the Blade7000 is an easy box to setup, it is compatible with a Cardshare server but can't give too many details about CS on here.

The DM800 boxes are also good but more complex to setup.
