once this gift runs out after 12 months what happens then?

You have asked the same question a few times, please do not ask it again.

Once the Gift expires you still have a useful receiver and can use the CCCam and NewcamD options.

Please try using an internet search engine to discover what those terms mean, if you don't already know.
