Pace 4000 Netid Help

dont want to use fun card i havnt a prgrammer and jtag is already connected

i want to set the net id
member of 4 forums like this one and having the same issue and not one reply

i have jtag connect to the box got bke and ird . now i want to set net work id

my net id 40796 =

byte 0x3120000C = $A0
byte 0x3120000D = $10
byte 0x3120000E = $12
byte 0x3120000F = $E4

put that in ocd it wirtes but no chnage on box still 09999

if you read a earlier thread from yesturday someone else had that problem and theres a program for you to use fun card but as you dont want to... i dont know how to set it, phraps leave it on for a bit see if it auto does it? i dunno mate.
