hey guys
i keep getting constant glitching on my kv box, through out the day... i have only subscribed to vm broadband service and i have a splitter i never had this problem on my previous router from vm, but since the upgrade its a regular occurance can i contact vm to give me my old modem back? is there a setting perhaps (net setting) i need to configure.. i hope you can assist/ |

No problems with the hub on KV,there is some channels glitching but thats a KV problem.
The wireless side is crap best to switch it off and use a separate router. |

when i go to automatic search , telewest, tp search
signal strengh quality is 56 reading for signal quality is 0 but when i do an automatic scan picking up the net id, birminngham 750, the signal bar goes to 80 and back down again and fluctuates between 80 and lower... |

Noticed on other forms that you have posted the same problem on, that the splitter should be change has that been tried.
Posted here yesterday how many TPs do you have.? Do you have all the channels but they are showing scramble.? Please don't wait another month before replying. |

hi its seemed to be working now when i fitted a new splitter and wires. but now its showing "No or bad signal" again, it could be a temp glitch..

ur cabling at fault? check for braid touching or something.

i messed around with the main feed connection and the silver wire was wrapped around the connection point, which my coaxial feeds into, but i got rid of that and cut the wire to create a new feed...(gold thin wire bit) and screwed the connector back...
im not sure if its because of this |
