latest kryptview firmware

so just ordered a new a780 of our forum friend lincsat but have 1 small problem i cannot for the life of me find latest firmware files bigmaq toolbar aint showing them anyone got any ideas and exactly which firmware should i be looking for some say april 2011 others jan 2012 but searches are not giving any clue

If you check the box when you get it, you may find April 2012 firmware already on it

It's all there on your kryptview menu sw update

you dont need the biqmac toolbar to update your box.. just go into settings and d/load the latest update that way

thanks for your responses, i been trying to update via the s/w update but its says "already updated" i have version 3.01 but its become unwatchable for the past four days.

i'm gonna reinstall 03012011.bin and try the s/w update again.

i have checked all the cables, re-scanned with correct net-id, power cycled everything, factory reset etc. i get all the channels but their glitching so bad its unwatchable.

okay, so i have reinstalled the .bin and it has now enabled me to update to the latest software 4.01 via s/w update. great stuff. however, still unwatchable, freezing and glitching.

I am gonna replace the ethernet cable next, other than this i am a loss. perhaps the a780 box itself has developed a fault..
