Unable to Access W9 on Eutelsat 9E

I have a motorised system with the Topfield 5010 and 80cm dish. I regularly watch the French programs on 5W, but I want to access M6 and W9 on Eutelsat 9E. I get a strong signal on some of the frequencies (eg 11919) , but there is no signal on 12034, so that I am unable to watch these channels.

Can anyone suggest what is the problem and how to overcome it? Thanks for any suggestions.

11919 is broadcast using DVB-S, 12034 is broadcast using DVB-S2. What make/model satellite receiver do you have?

It is the Topfield TF5010 masterpiece. I will try to check whether it can receive DVB-S2.

It needs to be a HD receiver to scan in those channels, and reading the Technical specifications, for the Topfield TF5010 masterpiece, it doesn't appear to be a HD receiver.
