Before you leave the forum, overhere, can you please tell us what channels you are going for, with your C Band LNB, and new dish?
C Band is rather limited, in the UK, and mainly for enthusiasts, who wish to pick up everything available.
I have seen a few 2.4M channel Master dishes, on ebay, but considering we need planning permission, for anything over 1M, and probable complaints from neighbours, if they spot a dish that size, plus cost, and transportation, everyone wants the dish to be collected as shipping would be a real task, it is just impracticle, and too expensive.
What make of dish did you get?
If you have time, and the inclination, a few pictures, of your dish, and a guide to the channels you can now receive, would be a great thread, especially for anyone who has thoughts of trying to get the available C Band channels.
Many thanks
Mickha

If you mount it on a pole at ground level and paint it to blend with its surroundings, nobody is going to give a hoot.

Don't you believe it
Some of us have awkward neighbours, who are always gardening and don't like anything that upsets their views, I think a 2.4M channel master dish might fall into that category

Thanks for your reply, the dish is a Channel Master 2.4 and except for the usual reception I shall enjoy seeking out whatever is avaible on those Satellites listed for c-band, thanks also to SamR it will be mounted at ground level and if necessary camouflaged, and on that note ADMIN PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THIS FORUM.

Thanks.
